Job summary

Orgabio Manufacturing in Semenyih, Selangor is seeking a Quality Contol (QC) Inspector to support raw material, packaging and finished product inspections in a food production environment. The role includes line checks during production, ensuring labeling accuracy, hygiene standards and temperature records.

The ideal candidate has SPM or equivalent with at least 1 year of QA experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Night shifts and overtime may be required to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Passionate about coffee and quality assurance.
• Able to work night shifts as required.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
• Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and physical inspections of raw materials, packaging and finished products.
• Conduct line inspections during production and packaging processes.
• Check product appearance, weight, labelling, coding and packaging quality.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in production areas.
• Record inspection findings and report abnormalities immediately.
• Segregate and label non-conforming products.
• Verify compliance with SOPs, GMP and food safety procedures.
• Assist with sample collection for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and checklists.
• Support corrective actions for identified quality issues.
• Record production room temperature.
• Other Duties: May include other tasks as assigned by the Superior or Management from time to time.
