Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a cafe service role to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages, following recipes and presentation standards.

You'll greet customers, describe menu items, take payments, maintain cleanliness, manage stock, and ensure high quality service. Training is provided for non-barista applicants; comfortable working with English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
