Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking friendly cafe staff in Kuala Lumpur to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, greet customers, describe menu items, and ensure high service quality.

No barista experience required as training will be provided; vaccination, SPM level, and bilingual language skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia) are preferred. Own transport and strong interpersonal skills are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Vaccination with at least 2 doses
• Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn
• Own transport preferred
• Non-barista experience welcome as training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standards
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment
• Responsible for stock arrangement
• Greet and connect with every customer
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers
• Receive and process customer payments
• Ensure high quality of service
