Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly team member to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, greet customers, and describe menu items. You will keep work areas clean, assist with stock, and process payments, all while upholding high service standards.

Vaccination, basic education, and language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required. Training will be provided for non-barista applicants; candidates with their own transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
