Job summary

PepsiCo (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is hiring a Co-Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end SCM for Quaker co-manufacturing across Malaysia and the Philippines, targeting 98%+ service and strong co-man performance across 10 markets.

The role drives capacity and materials planning, forecast alignment, inventory control, NPI/label transitions, and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Procurement, PD, Quality and Project teams, plus regional oats strategy and new co-man operations

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of supply chain, manufacturing or related experience.
• Co-manufacturer/supplier management and capacity planning experience.
• Experience with SNOE/SNOP, demand & supply planning and forecast alignment.
• Experience in New Product Introduction and product transitions.
• Strong analytical, numerical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain ops for Quaker co-manufacturers across Malaysia & Philippines ensuring service levels.
• Drive co-man performance, continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Lead oats supply strategy and capacity planning across co-mans.
• Manage NPI, product trials, artwork transitions and logistics coordination.
• Lead SNOE/SNOP, forecast, orders, reporting, and supply risk mitigations.
