Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years in supervisory or team leadership roles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily CNC machining operations and workforce activities.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Optimize manpower, machine utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Resolve production issues and support smooth operations.
• Lead, coach and develop operators, technicians and machinists.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements to reduce waste.
