Job description

As a CNC Programmer at Brusia Engineering Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal parts and components. This is a full-time position based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

What you’ll be doing

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create CNC programs for a variety of metal‑working operations

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal output and product quality

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines

Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and on‑time delivery of products

Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a CNC programmer with a strong understanding of CNC machine programming and operation

Technical knowledge of CNC machine functions, cutting tools, and programming languages (e.g. MASTERCAM, G‑code, M‑code)

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimise machine performance

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the production team
