Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking to optimize its manufacturing capacity by monitoring CNC machine loading and identifying bottlenecks in real-time. The role involves proactive collaboration with Production and Management to adjust shifts, subcontracting, or alternate machines to meet delivery goals.

You'll support capacity planning for new projects and future equipment needs, ensuring realistic completion dates based on current capacity and conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in capacity planning for manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery and production bottleneck concepts.
• Ability to coordinate production activities and manage capacity constraints.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CNC machine capacity and loading on an ongoing basis.
• Identify capacity shortages, machine bottlenecks, and potential delivery risks in advance.
• Coordinate with Production and Management on overtime, additional shifts, subcontracting, or alternative machines when required.
• Provide realistic production completion dates based on actual capacity and production conditions.
• Support Management in capacity planning for new projects, additional orders, and future machine requirements.
