Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a CNC Milling Operator to independently set up milling machines for production, install and align fixtures, workpieces, and cutting tools. You will set work offsets and tool offsets, perform first-piece inspection to ensure parts meet engineering drawings, and adjust machines to achieve required tolerances and surface finish.

• Independently set up CNC milling machines for production.
• Install and align fixtures, workpieces, and cutting tools.
• Set work offsets and tool offsets.
• Perform first-piece inspection and ensure parts meet engineering drawing specifications.
• Make machine adjustments to achieve the required tolerance and surface finish.
• Monitor machining processes and troubleshoot production issues.
• Change tools and maintain tooling conditions.
• Work closely with the CNC Programmer and Production team to achieve production targets.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
