Job summary

Career Wise in Malaysia is seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate CNC machines per work instructions, load and unload materials, perform basic setup under supervision, and help maintain quality and safety in a dynamic production environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided. We value reliability, willingness to learn, and the ability to work rotating shifts including overtime when required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3 or SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Experience in manufacturing or CNC machining is an added advantage.
• Able to read and follow work instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to work instructions and production schedules.
• Load and unload materials and workpieces onto CNC machines.
• Perform basic machine setup under the guidance of supervisors or technicians.
• Conduct visual inspection and basic measurements to ensure product quality.
• Follow production procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Record production output and report any machine abnormalities or defects.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of the work area.
• Assist in other production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
