Qualifications

CNC Milling / CNC Autolathe Machinist (Fresh Graduates Welcome!)

We are currently looking for a dedicated and hardworking CNC Milling / CNC Autolathe Machinist to join our production team. Whether you have years of experience or are a fresh graduate looking to start a career in manufacturing, we want to hear from you! Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Milling and/or CNC Autolathe machines.

Load and unload raw materials and parts into the machines.

Read and understand basic technical drawings and blueprints.

Monitor machine operations to ensure the output meets quality standards and specifications.

Perform basic machine troubleshooting and regular maintenance.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with NO experience are highly encouraged to apply. We are fully willing to train the right person.

Education: SPM, SKM, Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus but not strictly required.

Attitude: Must possess a positive, hardworking attitude and a strong willingness to learn new skills.

Discipline & Punctuality: Strict adherence to working hours is required. We are looking for highly reliable individuals. (Note: Frequent, unexplained absenteeism, or excessive last-minute emergency leaves will not be tolerated).
