Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Limited in Malaysia seeks a Cluster Security Manager to lead security policy, operations, and risk management across its Johor data center cluster. You will design and implement security programs that protect people, assets, and information.

You will manage access control, CCTV, vendor relationships, budgets, and training, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards while mentoring a security team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Security, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CISSP or PSP preferred.
• Proven experience in security management, preferably in data centers or high-security environments.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, systems, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures for multiple data center buildings.
• Oversee daily security operations across all buildings in the cluster.
• Manage risk assessments and incident response plans.
• Administer access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Liaise with security vendors and contractors and manage relationships.
