Job summary

Organon Malaysia is seeking a Cluster FP&A professional to support centralized forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for AP Cluster markets. The role emphasizes collaboration with FP&A leads, SCM, and regional/global partners while maintaining the qualitative market insights.

You will contribute to monthly close, variance analysis, and LROP planning within a hybrid work setting, leveraging strong Excel/Power BI skills and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting/Finance.
• +6 years experience in Finance with min 4 years FP&A.
• Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint, or Power BI.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, BPC, LPT and Office applications.
• CPA/CMA is a plus.
• Strong compliance mindset and experience.
• Clear oral and written communication.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Proactive and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Actual Closing Process
• Variance analysis on sales and expenses
• Flash Sales reporting
• Monthly Risk and Opportunities management
• Forecast, Budget, Tally and LROP
• PVA analysis
• Support FP&A activities for decision-making
• Coordinate inter-company pricing submissions
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages
• Bridge between Market, Cluster and Regional/global functions
• Assist with coordination of forecasts and budgets across functions
• Support pricing and profitability analyses
• Identify simplification opportunities in FP&A
