Job summary

Eppendorf in Malaysia is seeking a Finance FP&A professional to support the Controlling team in APAC. You will consolidate inputs across countries, develop forecasts, and deliver management reports with concise commentary on variances.

You will work with Hyperion, Excel and PowerPoint to build dashboards, analyse drivers, and support regional growth and profitability while collaborating with stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Several years of FP&A, planning and reporting experience, preferably regional.
• Strong understanding of P&L, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools (Hyperion).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, forecasting and consolidation across APAC countries.
• Analyze performance, identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports with commentary.
• Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and data accuracy, using Hyperion and BI tools.
