Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in IT related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years in progressive IT sector.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Familiar with Agile or other software development processes.
• Experience with insurance institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture, document, and structure use cases.
• Analyze and develop functional specification documents.
• Identify business goals and provide business solutions to clients.
• Serve as translator between users and developers.
