Epicor Software Corporation in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to triage issues, manage production infrastructure, and support automation of deployments. The role requires hands-on Azure/AKS experience, Windows Server and Active Directory know-how, SQL Server administration, and scripting skills.

You will follow defined SLAs, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate across teams with occasional weekend deployments.

Competenze

• Strong technical aptitude in modern IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL/database administration concepts.
• Experience creating or maintaining PowerShell scripts and other automation tools is preferred
• Exposure to Kubernetes, containerized environments, and automation technologiesis a plus.
• Experience with GitHub Actions is an added advantage.
• AWS exposure is an added advantage.
