Qualifications

• 1+ year in cloud/technical support, NOC, or IT operations; early career candidates welcome.
• Strong Linux, networking, and cloud basics; methodical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with GPU/CUDA, containers, VM/bare metal, or storage is a plus.
• Excellent written English and customer communication; stay calm during incidents.
• Willing to work follow-the-sun shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support tickets: intake, triage, troubleshooting, resolution within SLA.
• Monitor platform health and respond to alerts; provide status updates.
• Troubleshoot GPU instances, VM/bare metal, networking, drivers/CUDA, storage, and billing.
• Escalate with full context; own tickets/alerts throughout lifecycle.
• Maintain runbooks, knowledge base, and canned responses.
• Participate in follow-the-sun 7×24 shift rotation across regions.
• Track and report ticket/alert metrics (response time, resolution time).
