Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on IT systems engineering or enterprise SaaS support.
• Cloud-first environment experience without traditional Active Directory.
• Experience with SSO, SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth, and LDAP.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
• Strong monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
• Cross-functional collaboration and mentoring mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cloud-native directory and identity access management.
• Integrate platforms via SSO/SAML/OIDC/OAuth/LDAP for secure SaaS access.
• Own endpoint provisioning, patching, OS upgrades, and software deployment.
• Develop automation scripts to improve endpoint operations and deployment.
• Design and implement Zero Trust Network Access for secure remote access.
• Manage SaaS and DaaS apps, onboarding, upgrades, and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams and governance to ensure reliability and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive platform modernization initiatives.
