Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Administrator to manage local servers, cloud platforms, and virtualization clusters. You will optimize AWS/Azure/GCP resources, monitor systems, and enforce change management during maintenance windows.

You will partner with R&D to benchmark our software, tune performance, and prototype AI integrations. The role also covers client support and documentation tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering servers, cloud platforms, and virtualization clusters.
• Familiarity with database administration (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and backups.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and IaC tools for deployment and environment provisioning.
• Ability to monitor systems, analyze logs, and identify anomalies.
• Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, support and monitor local servers, cloud platforms, and virtualization clusters.
• Configure and optimize cloud environments for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Perform database administration, backups, and performance tuning.
• Support patching, security basics, and change management during maintenance windows.
• Automate deployment pipelines and provisioning using scripting and IaC tools.
• Assist in performance testing, benchmarking, and PoC lab setups.
• Collaborate with R&D to test and benchmark software under various workloads.
• Provide tier-2/3 technical support for client deployments and environments.
