Job summary

Encora Inc. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud infrastructure across AWS and OCI. The role focuses on building scalable architectures, IaC pipelines, and robust CI/CD workflows to support application delivery.

You will collaborate with security, networking, and development teams to enforce governance, monitor environments, and document architectural decisions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments across AWS and OCI.
• Design scalable cloud infrastructure using EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, OCI Compute.
• Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, OCI Resource Manager.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with CodeStar, Bitbucket, Bamboo, OCI DevOps.
• Drive cost optimization through right-sizing and performance tuning.
• Design and manage hybrid connectivity using Direct Connect and FastConnect.
• Implement IAM, governance, monitoring and DNS across clouds.
• Document architecture, SOPs and incident RCA reports.
