Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is building hyperscale data centers and seeks a Data Center Site Lead to own day-to-day operations, infrastructure deployments, and colocation partner coordination in mission-critical environments.

You will oversee access management, security alignment, incident and change management, and drive risk mitigation while maintaining 100% availability through collaboration with providers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colocation providers and stakeholders to maintain 100% data center availability.
• Ensure adherence to data center security standards through coordination with access management and security systems.
• Lead incident, change, and problem management for data center space, cooling, and power systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with data center operations.
• Provide regular reports and audits on data center performance and security.
• Oversee and mentor a team of data center technicians and engineers.
