Job summary

Sunway Clinical Research Centre is expanding its team to support clinical trial planning, administration and regulatory compliance. The role includes coordinating subject recruitment, overseeing trial activities, and serving as a liaison for investigators and Sponsor/CRO/Regulators.

The successful candidate will manage data collection, biospecimen handling where applicable, and ensure timely reporting of SAEs and protocol deviations in line with GCP standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or Pharmacy.
• MBBS/MD with clinical experience will be considered.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in clinical research and trial.
• GCP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and oversight of clinical trial protocols.
• Schedule participant visits and coordinate data collection.
• Recruit and screen research subjects.
• Prepare trial documents and reports for regulators.
• Coordinate feasibility studies and sponsor communications.
• Ensure adherence to protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain study records and manage adverse events reporting.
