Qualifications

• Extensive experience in clinical operations within CRO/pharma environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Strong communication and sponsor liaison skills.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal/external customers and third-party vendors effectively.
• Develop and recommend strategic solutions to sponsors to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee study start-up activities and provide inputs to project plans.
• Lead and provide direction to project teams and monitor resource usage.
• Manage study timelines, patient recruitment, data cleaning, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure QA and compliance across TMF, audits/inspections, and vendor plans.
