Zuellig Pharma in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to support the Clinical Trial Support team in end-to-end comparator drug sourcing across markets. You will manage RFI/RFQ/RFP activities, engage MAHs and suppliers, and help prepare sourcing recommendations with governance compliance.

The role requires a pharmacy or life sciences background, 3–6 years in procurement or clinical supply, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office; you will

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or supply chain.
• 3–6 years of procurement/sourcing or clinical trial supply experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage RFI/RFQ/RFP activities end-to-end across markets.
• Develop MAH/supplier strategies and relationships for sourcing.
• Conduct cost analyses, fee comparisons and unit-price evaluations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, QA, RA, Logistics and IT to execute sourcing activities.
• Monitor supplier performance against timelines and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
