Job summary

Innoquest Pathology in Malaysia seeks a skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform a range of clinical tests and contribute to daily lab operations.

You will engage in quality control, calibration, and troubleshooting to maintain accuracy, and support the Lab Manager with on-call shifts as required.

Candidates should have a degree in Medical Lab Technology or Biomedical Science and at least two years of clinical lab experience. Experience with rotational shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medical Lab Technology or Biomedical Science.
• Able to work on rotational shift / on-call duties.
• Min. 2 years of clinical experience in a medical lab is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests.
• Perform quality control on test results, ensuring validity and accuracy.
• Perform calibration and troubleshooting on testing systems and instruments to ensure adherence to established standards of accuracy.
• Perform job-related duties as assigned by the Lab Manager/ Regional Lab Manager.
