Job summary

Innoquest Pathology in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory professional to perform a range of clinical tests and strict quality control under the Lab Manager’s guidance.

The role requires a degree in medical laboratory science or biomedical science, willingness to rotate shifts or be on-call, and ideally at least 2 years of clinical lab experience in a medical setting. This position offers full-time hours in a laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medical Lab Technology or Biomedical Science.
• Able to work on rotational shift / on-call duties.
• Min. 2 years of clinical experience of working in a medical lab is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests.
• Perform quality control on test results, ensuring validity and accuracy.
• Perform calibration and troubleshooting on testing systems and instruments to ensure adherence to established standards of accuracy.
• Perform job-related duties as assigned by the Lab Manager/ Regional Lab Manager.
