Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science or Microbiology from a recognized university.
• Registered Allied Health Practitioner under Allied Health Professions Act.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, protocols and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and accuracy in lab work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests providing information for disease detection, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring.
• Ensure accurate, precise and timely reporting of test results to clinicians.
• Perform quality control and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor inventory and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Participate in quality improvement and support education and research at all levels.
