Job summary

Parexel Malaysia offers a 4- to 6-month internship in Data Management starting January 2027 at Petaling Jaya. This program provides hands-on experience within a multinational environment and exposure to clinically validated data workflows.

You will support data cleaning, CRF reviews, UAT testing, and the preparation of study documents under SOPs and ICH/GCP guidelines. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential; a Bachelor’s degree in a medical field is required.

Qualifications

• Data cleaning and review activities (CDA/Primary CDA)
• Setup of DM documents per SOPs and ICH/GCP
• Lead/perform UAT for clinical databases
• Track and review CRFs and support data entry
• Maintain training compliance and SOP adherence
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead data cleaning and query management
• Support data processing from database setup to lock
• Set up DM documents for Trial Master File
• Perform UAT on database setups and screen reviews
• Track CRFs and assist data entry as needed
• Ensure SOP and ICH/GCP compliance and conduct QC activities
• Maintain training compliance and address training needs
