Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for employees accessing Lyra EAP via telephone or live chat.
• Deliver professional counselling and information support to employees and dependents per standards.
• Accurately capture case information in the database for clinical management.
• Case manage clinical cases to ensure structured counselling via Lyra affiliate network.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, standards and procedures set by Clinical Manager.
• Follow operational standards set by Clinical Manager.
• Provide crisis intake, support, and case management.
• Deliver structured counselling via telephonic or video chat.
