Job description

As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will play a key role in providing professional clinical and technical support to our customers. This includes assisting with Clinical Procedure, supporting clinical applications across various indications, and delivering internal hands‑on training. This role requires close collaboration with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and successful implementation of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Case Support & Hospital (Private & Government) Coverage
    - Assist in Clinical procedures (sterile preparation, machine handling, transfer)
    - Provide coverage at hospitals with high clinical case volume
    - Ensure readiness and timely presence before each procedure
  2. Willingness & Flexibility
    - Willing to work beyond standard working hours and on non‑working days when required
    - Able to handle billing, ordering, and coordination tasks on‑demand or under special situations to ensure smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction
  3. Sterility & Technical Training
    - Uphold aseptic techniques and sterility compliance
    - Conduct training/refresher sessions for sales and product teams
    - Demonstrate mock setups and clinical best practices
  4. Inventory & Equipment Management
    - Maintain sterile kits, disposables, backup tools
    - Coordinate restocking with admin/logistics
    - Monitor and maintain equipment functionality
  5. Customer & Clinical Engagement
    - Build rapport with hospital staff (doctors, nurses, procurement)
    - Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during cases
  6. Reporting & Feedback
    - Weekly activity reports: hospitals supported, cases assisted
    - Capture feedback from doctors/clients about procedure support
