As the first point of contact, you will handle calls and inquiries, assist with registrations and appointments, support billing and daily operations, and help maintain a clean, well‑presented clinic in a collaborative

Qualifications

• A friendly, patient‑oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Someone with a positive attitude, pleasant personality, and a genuine willingness to learn (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable: able to commit to a retail shift schedule (including weekends) and willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients to ensure a professional, friendly, and positive experience. Handle incoming calls, respond to WhatsApp inquiries, provide accurate information on clinic services, and guide potential patients on treatment options
• Manage patient registration, appointment bookings, and follow-ups. Perform billing, payment processing, and cashiering duties while maintaining accurate records, including patient files and inventory tracking. Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
• Work closely with chiropractors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations and quality patient care. You will actively assist the doctor in coordinating patient flow and clinic scheduling while contributing to a positive team culture.
• Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and well‑presented at all times. You will be expected to strictly follow clinic communication standards, operating procedures, and company policies, while being willing to perform ad‑hoc tasks to support daily operations.
