Job summary

Reclimate Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Business Development Associate in Kuala Lumpur. You will support business development, partnerships, and client engagements for climate and carbon solutions, leveraging a background in agritech or bio-based fields.

The role blends technical knowledge with commercial execution, translating complex climate concepts into clear value propositions for buyers and partners. Remote-friendly with occasional in-person meetings.

Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant agritech experience.
Ability to explain climate concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong written and verbal English; BM is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work remotely.
Willing to travel for client meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

Support lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups with potential clients and partners.
Participate in client and partner calls to discuss technical concepts.
Prepare and update pitch decks, proposals, and other commercial materials.
Translate technical details into client-ready narratives.
Coordinate with teams to align commercial discussions with project realities.
Track leads and deal progress using internal tools.
Attend external meetings and industry events as required.
