Job summary

Total E&P Malaysia seeks a senior leader to drive the environmental and GHG strategy, oversee governance and data integrity, and advance decarbonisation across assets. You will lead a team, engage with regulators and partners, and ensure alignment with corporate priorities and PETRONAS requirements.

Responsibilities include developing long-term plans, monitoring performance, and steering regulatory reporting while promoting sustainability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Leadership of environmental and GHG programmes.
• Experience in governance and performance management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and ISO 14001.
• Proven ability to implement decarbonisation initiatives.
• Experience representing corporate environmental functions externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of TEPMY's Environmental and GHG strategy and roadmap.
• Manage and develop the Environment & GHG team with performance management.
• Oversee environmental data governance for regulatory and sustainability reporting.
• Drive GHG accounting, emissions forecasting and carbon footprint assessment.
• Provide strategic advice on environmental and climate developments.
