Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking an Associate to join the Malaysia-based Clients Team. You will be the primary contact for clients, handling end-to-end advertising needs and translating business goals into effective strategies.

With 1–2 years in media (fresh grads welcome), you will oversee campaign lifecycle, ensure timely delivery within budget, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance across channels. This hybrid role reports to the Associate Director, Clients.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years total work experience in the media industry or internship experience welcomed.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and client servicing mindset.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach to planning and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for clients, updating on campaign performance and opportunities.
• Develop and manage cross-channel advertising strategies and media plans.
• Oversee campaign lifecycle from planning to setup, execution and optimization.
