Job summary

Xolvance is seeking a Client Relationship Executive in Kuala Lumpur to build and maintain strong relationships with gaming clients, developers, and partners. You will act as the primary contact, ensuring a seamless experience and tailoring solutions to boost client engagement and revenue.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in gaming client management, excellent communication, a data-driven mindset, and familiarity with CRM tools. The role offers a Hybrid Work Arrangement and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development within the gaming industry.
• Strong passion for gaming, with knowledge of game development, live ops, and player communities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with gaming clients and stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize client performance.
