Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia's Investment Management Services team is seeking a Client Operations Officer to support daily processing of transactional data within the FAM team, ensuring accuracy and timely flow of information across clients.

You will monitor data feeds, resolve routine issues, liaise with IT, and drive improvements in data quality and processing efficiency, with duties aligned to service levels and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of flow acquisition systems and controls, including upstream trade feeds and exception monitoring.
• Ability to investigate, resolve, and elevate data anomalies and operational issues.
• Experience with data quality controls in financial services or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational processing activities within assigned queues to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of transactional and operational data.
• Execute defined operational controls, validations, and monitoring checks to maintain data quality and system integrity.
• Monitor data feeds and integrations across assigned client accounts and report exceptions or failures for investigation.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve routine breaks, anomalies, or processing issues across upstream and downstream systems, escalating where required.
• Support incident handling activities by providing relevant information, analysis, and follow-up actions as required.
• Liaise with IT and support teams to report system alerts, processing issues, or automation failures impacting daily operations.
