Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Client Operations Officer within the Investment Management Services (FAM) team. You will support daily processing of transactional data, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure accurate trade flows in a high‑volume environment.

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
Ability to investigate, resolve, and elevate data anomalies and operational issues.
Knowledge of data acquisition systems and upstream/downstream data dependencies.

Responsibilities

Perform operational processing activities within assigned queues to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of transactional and operational data.
Execute defined operational controls, validations, and monitoring checks to maintain data quality and system integrity.
Monitor data feeds and integrations across assigned client accounts and report exceptions or failures for investigation.
Identify, investigate, and resolve routine breaks, anomalies, or processing issues across upstream and downstream systems, escalating where required.
Support incident handling activities by providing relevant information, analysis, and follow-up actions as required.
