Job summary

TDC Holdings Sdn Bhd is hiring a Sales/Business Development Executive in Kajang, Malaysia. The role requires a Diploma in Business or Marketing and at least 1 year in sales, with a proven ability to meet quotas.

You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and present products to prospects, driving monthly and quarterly targets. The ideal candidate communicates well, negotiates effectively, and works independently with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in learning new software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service techniques.
