Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing sales orders: order processing, invoicing, delivery logistics.
• Provide admin support to the sales team: prepare quotations, maintain customer records, generate reports, respond to inquiries.
• Liaise with vendors on orders, costing and product sourcing.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
