MultiBank Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Team Leader to support the Client Acquisition team. You will lead a team of Client Acquisition Executives, oversee daily sales activity, and ensure high standards of client engagement.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales track record in forex/CFD, experience leading a team, and strong coaching skills. The role offers a competitive salary, incentives, and international exposure within a regulated financial group.

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales - forex / CFD.
Experience leading, supervising or mentoring a sales team.
Strong coaching, motivational and performance-management skills.
Confident working with KPIs, CRM data and sales reporting.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Eligibility to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and manage a team of Client Acquisition Executives to hit and exceed targets.
Coach the team daily on calls, conversion technique and objection handling, and run regular one-to-ones and performance reviews.
Track team and individual KPIs daily and act quickly on the numbers.
Allocate leads across the team to maximize conversion, balance workload and maintain fairness.
Produce accurate daily and weekly sales reports for senior leadership.
Manage daily activity levels and maintain a high-energy, compliant sales floor.
Train, mentor and onboard new and developing executives, and address underperformance early.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
