About the role
Responsible for maintaining, managing, distributing, and controlling materials and inventory within the production. The role supports procurement activities, inventory control, production data entry, vendor coordination, and document management to ensure materials are available to support smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, monitor, and control materials inventory.
Prepare and submit Purchase Requests (PRs) for coating materials and consumables.
Process and well maintain the records of incoming Goods Receipt (GR).
Maintain and update Safety Data Sheet (SDS), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Certificate of Analysis (COA), and other relevant material documentation.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of procurement, inventory, and material-related records.
Maintains cleanliness and complies with established 5S standards and requirements.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Diploma in any field or any Technical qualification in Engineering.
Minimun two (2) years of relevant operational experience in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.
Basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SAP or similar ERP systems.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to accuracy, teamwork, and operational discipline.
