Job summary

FedEx Malaysia is seeking a capable Customer Services professional to support service assurance, clearance & brokerage operations, and inbound/outbound clearance activities. This role requires a solid foundation in customer interactions and a willingness to engage in complex logistics tasks.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree, with at least one year of customer contact experience; familiarity with logistics or customs clearance is highly preferable.
