• Clean and maintain restrooms, sinks and mirrors
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
• Dust furniture and surfaces for a professional look
• Clean windows and glass partitions
• Restock cleaning supplies and report low stocks
• Follow health and safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals
• Report maintenance issues to management promptly
• Maintain a cleaning schedule and complete tasks efficiently

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join the team at SOCOE SDN. BHD. in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, hygienic and welcoming environment across our facilities. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of our workplace are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation, contributing directly to the health, safety and productivity of our workforce.

What you'll be doing

• Perform daily cleaning and tidying of all office areas, including desks, floors, restrooms, corridors and common areas
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with company procedures and environmental guidelines
• Clean and maintain restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks and mirrors
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and materials
• Dust furniture, equipment, shelves and other surfaces to maintain a professional appearance
• Clean windows, glass partitions and other transparent surfaces
• Restock cleaning supplies and report when supplies are running low
• Follow health and safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to management promptly
• Maintain a cleaning schedule and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
