Job summary

Tasuk Works is seeking an experienced Senior Cleaner / Cleaning Team Lead to perform high-quality cleaning across residential and commercial spaces in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. You will lead a small cleaning team, train new cleaners and ensure standards are met.

Responsibilities include professional cleaning, inspections, and mentoring junior staff while maintaining safety and company SOPs. Bahasa Malaysia is preferred; basic English is an advantage; own transport helps.

Job description

Tasuk is seeking an experienced Senior Cleaner / Cleaning Team Lead who can perform high-quality cleaning work while helping train and develop the growing cleaning team. The role involves professional residential and commercial cleaning across homes, offices and commercial spaces around Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional residential and commercial cleaning
• Carry out regular cleaning, deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas and office spaces to company standards
• Perform detailed cleaning including stubborn stains, grease, limescale and high-touch areas
• Make beds and organise rooms neatly according to housekeeping standards
• Follow Tasuk's cleaning SOPs, checklists and Property Memory™ instructions
• Inspect completed cleaning work before leaving the property
• Train new cleaners in proper cleaning techniques and company SOPs
• Guide junior cleaners and ensure cleaning standards are maintained
• Report property issues, damages or maintenance concerns

Requirement

• Previous experience in professional cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping or similar work
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Able to clean efficiently without compromising quality
• Good understanding of bathroom, kitchen and general housekeeping techniques
• Comfortable training and guiding other cleaners
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage
• Own transportation is an advantage
