Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Analyst to monitor and improve claims performance. You will analyze operational metrics, prepare dashboards, and identify process improvements to boost productivity and customer outcomes.

The role collaborates with multiple stakeholders, supports governance and reporting of improvement projects, and requires strong Excel skills with exposure to Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, process improvement, claims, or operational reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Power BI or data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse Claims operational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support management decision-making.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
• Assist in root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Support workforce planning, capacity tracking, and workload management activities.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and performance monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with Claims, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support governance, reporting, and tracking of operational excellence projects.
