Job summary

Malakoff Power Berhad seeks a Civil Technician to support civil construction activities for the LSS5+ Solar Project in Perak. You will assist the project team in monitoring site works, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting daily construction activities.

Based at the project site in Perak, the role requires coordination with contractors and site teams, plus keeping records of inspections and progress to ensure safety and quality integrity throughout the build.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with site supervision, construction drawings and basic quality inspection.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in supervising civil construction works at site.
• Monitor and inspect works to ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.
• Support site inspections, testing and quality checks.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams on daily activities.
• Maintain records and reports related to site progress and inspections.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project safety and quality requirements.
