Job summary

Jora Malaysia, a vibrant property development and infrastructure firm in Malaysia, invites a driven Civil & Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and deliver high-impact infrastructure and building projects for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

You will prepare structural calculations, drawings, and specs; perform site inspections; collaborate with architects and contractors; review submittals; and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates may also apply).
Possess a valid driving license and CIDB Green Card.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD).
Good leadership and communication skills.
Disciplined, respectful, and a team player.
Willing to travel and work beyond normal hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Review shop drawings and construction submittals.
Conduct feasibility studies and structural assessments.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
