Job summary

T Y Lin International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Civil & Structural Design Engineer based in Johor Bahru. The role involves designing structural/infrastructure works, attending meetings, and supervising site activities to ensure quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor degree, is BEM-registered, and can work in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and placement is in Johor Bahru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Registered with Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM).
• Fresh graduates welcome; 2+ years preferred.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Design civil/structural works for projects.
• Attend project/site meetings and design review meetings.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and ensure QA.
• Liaise with clients on technical issues.
