Job summary

Pembinaan Urusmesra Sdn Bhd is seeking an capable civil engineering professional to assist the Project/Site Manager in managing construction projects, coordinating technical requirements and ensuring quality and on-time completion.

The role involves site measurements, valuations, maintaining records, attending meetings, and liaising with clients and consultants. Travel to project sites and independent work are expected with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years of relevant field experience.
• Ability to communicate and motivate staff, clients and suppliers.
• Willing to travel to project sites and render.
• Good attitude, responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project/Site Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling construction works.
• Measure, value and assess works and maintain site records.
• Ensure construction works meet timelines, specifications and quality.
• Attend site meetings, prepare daily and progress reports, and related documentation.
• Manage subcontractors and liaise with clients/consultants; prepare inspection schedules and checklists.
