Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Engineer to create project drawings and renderings using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy of construction drawings and budgeting for materials and labor. You will liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and local authorities to gather requirements and ensure on-site progress and quality control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Using design software (AutoCAD) to create project drawings and renderings.
• Check construction drawings for accuracy and completeness for construction, material planning internal inspection management.
• Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget
• Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors and local authorities for project related matters and requirements
• Ensure the preparation and compilation of project related matters and requirements
• Assist in monitoring the on-site rectification quality and construction progress

Education

Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
